Estilo Interiors has been appointed as the main contractor for EMBARQ Bristol, a landmark office redevelopment by Skelton Group Investments. This transformative project aims to set new benchmarks for workspace provision and sustainability in the city, delivering a high-quality office environment in the heart of Bristol.
Located at Redcliff Quay, EMBARQ is a 100,000 sq ft office building overlooking the Floating Harbour, with panoramic views of Bristol Bridge, King Street, and Castle Park. Designed by renowned Bristol-based architects AWW in collaboration with building services consultants Method, the redevelopment retains key elements of the original structure, saving approximately 1,440 tonnes of CO2e in embodied carbon compared to a new build.

Estilo Interiors will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive fit-out that enhances the building’s environmental performance, incorporating cutting-edge energy-efficient systems. EMBARQ will be powered entirely by responsibly sourced green electricity and feature thermally efficient windows, VRF air conditioning, CO2-controlled ventilation with heat recovery, and LED lighting. These enhancements will reduce operational carbon emissions by 65%, equating to 140 tonnes of CO2 per year.
The project is targeting an EPC rating of A, BREEAM Excellent certification, and a NABERS 4* operational rating, ensuring it meets the highest sustainability standards.

With the support of project managers and cost consultants Quantem, Estilo Interiors will deliver the scheme within the next 13 months. Once complete, EMBARQ will offer between 3,000 and 60,000 sq ft of open-plan workspace, alongside premium amenities, a full-height internal atrium, public realm areas, and best-in-class end-of-journey facilities, with JLL and Knight Frank acting as agents on behalf of the developer.
