Won in competitive tender we took the architect’s conceptual designs and detailed them into the design and build of a Grade II listed building in Leeds.

HOW WE DID IT
Care was taken to retain period feature details for the design and build works including complete strip out of 2 floor and the supply and installation of exposed mechanical and electrical services, reception areas, common areas and toilets.
We also designed the “assembly”; a pop up food and beverage facility for use by tenants of the building and general public alike.
