THE PROJECT
The brief from our client was to create a space which is agile, flexible and collaborative. They can now enjoy a range of collaboration areas and a mixture of seating options.
Gerald Eve is a firm of international properly consultants based in the UK and operate a national network of nine offices.
The office move comes after considerable investment by Gerald Eve in its capabilities in the region, our client wanted an office to suit the growing demand for their services and future proofing for an agile working environment for its growing talented workforce.
HOW WE DID IT
We designed and created a variety of meeting rooms, tea point, breakout area and many bespoke joinery elements. Part of the works included a high-quality Client meeting suite to host corporate events; we ensured the natural light was optimised throughout the entire floor
We created a constant look and feel across the office space, reflecting the Gerald Eve brand and identity.
