The scope of Estilo Interiors’ work at Francis Gardner Studios was comprehensive and multifaceted. The 69 studios underwent substantial layout adjustments to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Beyond the studios, we undertook the refurbishment of communal areas, including the cinema, games room, and gym, to create vibrant, modern spaces that cater to the diverse needs of residents.

1. Bathroom Layout Re-Design: The existing bathroom layouts underwent a meticulous reworking to optimise space and functionality. Our team, with an eye for detail, ensured that each studio’s bathroom was not only aesthetically pleasing but also ergonomically designed for maximum comfort.
2. External Envelope Repairs: Estilo Interiors addressed miscellaneous external envelope repairs, ensuring the building’s structural integrity. Additionally, we undertook the refurbishment and re-decoration of existing external windows and doors, enhancing the overall visual appeal of Francis Gardner Studios.
3. Kitchen and Kitchenette Installations: New kitchens and kitchenettes were installed, featuring modern designs and state-of-the-art appliances. The focus was on creating efficient and stylish culinary spaces that met the evolving lifestyle preferences of the residents.
4. En-Suite Installations: The project involved the installation of new en-suites, complete with contemporary sanitary ware and finishes. Our team paid attention to every detail, ensuring that these private spaces reflected a harmonious blend of functionality and luxury.

8. Staircase Extension: Alterations to the existing staircase were implemented to extend it up to the 4th floor, enhancing accessibility and convenience for residents. This thoughtful modification added both functional and aesthetic value to the building.
