Clairfield, a leading corporate finance provider, sought a modern and functional workspace and collaborated with our team for a CAT B office fit-out of a vacant suite in central Birmingham, spanning 2346sqft, complemented by a 540sqft private roof terrace.
THE WORK
The paramount goal was to maintain an open and collaborative ambiance within the office while delineating distinct work areas. This vision materialised in the thoughtful design of the staff break area, a focal point demonstrating the successful integration of openness and defined spaces. This approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also fosters a conducive work environment, aligning with Clairfield’s corporate culture and values.
M&E Alterations
To ensure the functionality and efficiency of the workspace, comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) alterations were undertaken. This included strategic placement of power outlets, lighting fixtures, and HVAC systems to optimise the utility of the space. The M&E alterations were not only aligned with the immediate needs of Clairfield but also incorporated flexibility to accommodate future technological advancements.
Fixtures, Fittings, and Furniture
A key aspect of the fit-out involved the selection and installation of fixtures, fittings, and furniture. Each element was chosen with careful consideration of both form and function, reflecting Clairfield’s commitment to a modern and ergonomic work environment. The result is a harmonious blend of aesthetics and practicality, elevating the overall appeal and functionality of the office space.
