Clairfield, a leading corporate finance provider, sought a modern and functional workspace and collaborated with our team for a CAT B office fit-out of a vacant suite in central Birmingham, spanning 2346sqft, complemented by a 540sqft private roof terrace.

M&E Alterations

To ensure the functionality and efficiency of the workspace, comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) alterations were undertaken.
